Established in 2012, Namariq at present, operate and manage three (3) residencies in the Kingdom, as follows: (1) Namariq Jazan Residency (NJR) at Jazan City for Primary and Downstream Industries (JCPDI); (2) Namariq Jazan Business Center (NJBC) at Jazan City for Primary and Downstream Industries (JCPDI); (3) Namariq KAEC Residency (NKR) at King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC); and (4) Namariq Yanbu Residency (NYR) at Madinat Yanbu Al-Sinaiyah. In light of the recent milestone for Namariq, on October 22, 2020, the Municipality of Jeddah awarded Namariq the Jeddah Community Labor Housing Village Project in Abruq Ar Rugamah, West of Jeddah. It is a 25-year construction, operation, and maintenance contract for a maximum capacity of approximately 20,000 workers/laborers, which Phase is slated to operate by the end of 2021. This most recent project highlights the expertise and commitment of Namariq in delivering quality and excellence, especially in the industry of providing decent and humane accommodation facilities and services to local and foreign workforce in the Kingdom.
