Made of 8mm thick HDPE (High Density Polyethylen plastic), this TOURING version uses a specific fixation system at the rear for a good resistance and no direct fixation under the engine block. A 8mm thick foam is supplied for you to stick between the plate and the tank to save your it from any friction. A mud guard is included in the package and will allow to let a maximum of debris out of the bashplate without impacting the cooling. Total weight is 3.6kg . Advantages compared to alloy ? Lighter, quieter, plastic does not create vibrations and doesn't stay deformed after an impact for an easy maintenance. Sabot Husqvarna Norden 901 conçu pour protéger le bloc moteur et le réservoir des impactes. Découpé dans du Polyéthylène plastique haute densité d'épaisseur 8mm, cette version TOURING utilise un système de fixation spécifique à l'arrière afin d'éviter tout dégât sur le dessous du bloc moteur. Une mousse d'épaisseur 8mm est fournie pour placer entre le réservoir et la protection pour éviter le frottement. Enfin, une plaque anti boue est fournie pour empêcher les divers débris de pénétrer à l'intérieur sans impacter le refroidissement! Les avantages par rapport à l'alu ? Plus léger, plus silencieux, le plastique ne génère pas de vibrations et ne reste pas déformé après un choc Note: Ce modèle est compatible avec la béquille centrale d'origine KTM / Husqvarna et a été conçu pour un usage soft, c'est à dire route et petits chemins.
