In this video I show off my design for a pullout couch/bed platform in my Sprinter Van. This design is unique in that it doesn't use any sort of hinges. Using this design and some simple tools (circular saw and jigsaw) you can cut out this interlocking design out of a single sheet of 3/4" plywood. This is a great way to add a bed to your diy van project or any sort of tiny house build.
