#43 - Waterproof D3 Ergo drysuit gear review

This video is a gear review of the Waterproof D3 Ergo drysuit. This drysuit was released in 2021. It is supposed to be based on the EX2 Waterproof drysuit. However, the two drysuits are substantially different in many ways. The D3 Ergo uses trilaminate instead of a breathable material, has boots instead of fabric socks, and substantially larger pockets. The D3 Ergo uses a better Sitech replaceable neck seal system than the EX2. Also, the D3 utilizes the Antaries replaceable wrist seal system. This wrist seal system works seamlessly with the outstanding Rolock 90 dry glove system. Unfortunately, the D3 does not have the relief zipper, comm and heater ports, and small accessory pockets that the EX2 has. However, the D3 Ergo is a major improvement over the EX2.
