Suzuki Timing chain tensioner adjustment

Here we have a Suzuki DR-z 125cc air cooled 4 stroke dirt bike. The engine on this little bike is quite noisy and I suspect that the timing chain is the suspect. This bike has an adjustable spring loaded tensioner and by doing a simple adjustment, sometimes you can quiet down the noise. In this video, I will demonstrate how to make this simple adjustment which only takes a moment. This can also be applied to Any and Every engine that has one of these types of timing chain tensioners. I know that Suzuki uses a lot of these on their bikes and ATVs, I also believe that Kawasaki uses these as well on certain engines as well. So if you have a noisy little engine, give this a try.
