In this video Education Specialist Jeannie Ross leads her Intermediate 2 students through Phoneme Recitation to strengthen their decoding skills. Students learn how to recite all of the letter sounds for every phoneme, and recite spelling rules about how the phonemes behave (for example, A-I is "two-letter A that we may NOT use at the end of English words). All Visual Drills are accompanied by tactile sensory input. Jeannie Ross specializes in teaching children ages 4-14 advanced phonics, reading, and spelling skills.
