Me and a friend bought a used Tesla S90D 2016 Battery module from a wrecked Tesla, Tore it apart mainly to build ebike batteries. 25 kg moduel 444 cells, 4.1v each, 18650, about 3350 mah on those i have measuered capacity on. See my other videos of the ebike battery build and testing of the Dengfu M09 ebike. we did this mainly to be sure that we got good quality 18650 cells for a decent price, we could have ordered new batterycells from China or similar, but we where not sure where we should order to be sure that we get cells with good quality and capacity, preferably 3300-3500 mah per cell is what we wanted to keep the ebike battery as light as possible and still achieve a decent range.
