Thunderclap Trauma or Thunderclap Headache - My story to help others going through the aftermath

This is my short vid about having a #Thunderclap #Headache or Trauma. I wanted to put a vid out explaining what happened to me in the hope that it might help someone going through it. I had this thunderclap heartache last year without a bleed on the brain but suffered memory loss and spent 9 months recovering. Throughout this time i struggled to find information on the condition without the scary bleed on the brain coming up. Therefore, I wanted to share my experience in case someone is like I was last year. I really struggled with memory loss and concentration and had to really work hard to get it back, so i wanted to share this with you in the hope it may help others.
