Share this recipe with your friends and family! #karelasabji #karela_recipe #spicepantry Ingredients: Karela 500 grams 2 large potatoes 2 medium onions 4-5 slitted green chili Mustard oil 2-3 tbsp. Salt as per need 3 tbsp. mustard oil 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder 1 tsp. red chili powder Process: Take a karai and add mustard oil and once hot, add sliced onion and slitted green chili. Fry onions lightly and now add sliced karela(wash, remove seeds, and thinly slice). Add finely chopped potatoes(peel, finely cut, and wash). Add salt, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Mix well and now fry and cook the vegetables until it is soft and fried. Use cover as per need. Once vegetables are soft and fried, it means karela is ready to serve. Goes good with hot steamed rice.
