On my last munro video of Bidean Nam Bian you may have noticed a few folk on my video. Well I found out they were part of a group called WalkRunCycle East Dumbartonshire. So I joined the group and I went out on a walk with some members up a hill I have been up plenty of times before. I also wanted to get to know and find out what the group means to them. The facebook group has 8.5k members. They have plenty walks and other events to go along. I also found out a couple of friends I know are already part of the group. The group was formed a few years ago and its basically dedicated to get people outdoors and keeping active. I am looking forward to get more involved in the hill walking maybe munro bagging side on things. I hope you all enjoy this video as I had a fantastic day.
