For those who has guessed it than yes this is Leeds (Season 11 Episode 7) The Transpennine route upgrade works of electrifying the line fully between York and Manchester Piccadilly is well underway between Leeds and Manchester via Dewsbury. Which is why on selected dates the engineering works are in place. Transpennine Express oddly puts on a shuttle service running between Leeds and Dewsbury where rail replacement buses runs through to Huddersfield and Manchester Piccadilly. Diversions are in place which see's Transpennine Express running a limited service via Brighouse.
