📌 Hello everyone, this is a video on how to make xiao qing gan (小青柑), a tea made from mandarin orange. One of its main characteristics is the sweet and unique fruit scent and taste derived from the mandarin/tangerine peel from which the pu'er tea absorbs for a long period of time. Boil water to 100°C 2. Pour water to warm up the pot & cup 3. Put the tea leaves 4. Pour water into the pot to wash the tea leaves and pour away 5. Pour hot water again into the pot to brew and use the 'wash' water to keep the pot warm 6. Wait 10 seconds 7.
