Its powerful ray-tracing engine, SPICE solver and thermal models make it the most advanced approach to simulating PV devices and systems. ARENA has recently funded a project to turbo-charge the development of SunSolve, and as a part of that project, PV Lighthouse is making SunSolve available to all ACAP institutes. This seminar describes the capabilities of SunSolve and the opportunities it provides to PV researchers -- whether they work in cells, modules or systems. SunSolve is a valuable tool for PV groups needing simulation of tandems, HJTs, overcast spectra, thermal models, yield uncertainty, Mavericks, backsheets, texture, albedo, soiling, seasonal effects, electrical mismatch, etc.
