The main steps: Tear up paper or cardboard into small pieces Soak paper or cardboard for at least 24hrs Blend (you may use any blender), what you see in this video is a drill bit made to mix paint that you can find in any hardware store but it is not necessary you may do with a regular blender, a little bit at a time so it doesn't overheat or burn out. I added regular flour (the white powder you see in this video) in the mixture in case it needed some kind of glue.
