Prasanth Thiagarajan is an Indian actor who has directed numerous films in Tamil cinema. He was born on April 6, 1973 in Chennai to Thiyagarajan, an actor and film director in Tamil cinema. Prasanth has a sister, Preeti. Prasan is the grandson of Bekadi Sivaram, a well-known actor and film director in Telugu, Kannada and Tamil films. Prasanth studied computer graphics and multimedia and went on to study at Trinity College of Music in London. He completed his 12th grade and enrolled in two medical colleges. Prasanth Thiagarajan made his film debut in 1990 at the age of 17 in Vaikasi Poranthachu. His other notable films include Balu Mahindra's Colorful Flowers and R.K. Selvamani's Red Cotton, both released in 1992. In 1998, he appeared in Prashant Shankar's film Jeans. Later, he appeared in films such as Chocolate & Winner, which appeared before the eyes, the couple, and enjoyed watching. All the films were hits, but then, after his marriage, he did not focus much on movies. So many of his films failed. Prasanth, the son of actor Thiagarajan, married Grahalakshmi, the daughter of a Chennai industrialist, on September 1, 2005. The couple divorced three years later. Actor Prasanth, who was the heartbeat of all women in the 90s, slowed down in 2007 after divorcing his then wife Kiruhalakshmi, whom he married in 2005 at the height of his career.Wife Kiruhalakshmi accused Prasanth and his family of abusing the dowry, in fact there was nothing wrong with either Prasanth or his family, Kiruhalakshmi was already married and did not divorce her first husband, hiding the truth from Prasanth and family.
