This is Simple RC switch from Banggood https://www.banggood.com/Two-Channels... Switch have 2 channels and it's controlled by one switch. It's powered from receiver so it's mostly 5v To connect LED's You will need resistor for each led with resistance from about 220 Ohm up. Putting resistor with more ohms will make LED not so bright (more realistic) Minimum resistance it's about 120 Ohm but more safe is to use 220 Ohm as minimum.
