Not only is it cool as hell looking but it also is a great tool to help retain the brain on some of our programmed movements on the speed bag. This is teaching the brain that you hands don’t have to always move in a forward circular motion to mating ball control. And it makes doing lesson 3 a lot easier. Just take your time.
