This is a video for 2019, 2020 Subaru Forester without the Harman Kardon speaker package. I will show you how to remove the doors on and replace the speakers, and replace the dash speakers near the window. If you don't have speakers in the window, I've been told the wiring still exists there and you put a speaker in there. 3.5 inch speakers in the dash. 6x9" speakers in the front doors, and 6.5" speakers in the rear doors. Front doors: infinity ref-9632ix , rear doors: infinity ref-6532ex , dash speakers: infinity ref-3032cfx wire harnesses: metra connectors 72-8104. Brackets for front: metra 82-8148. Brackets for rear speakers: metra 82-8146 total cost was $249 for speakers and $176 for dynamat. the subwoofer I installed later, the kicker 11hs8 was on sale for $200. All speakers were purchased at Crutchfield.com because they give you all the parts you need and let you know what speakers will fit your vehicle. The speakers are a definite upgrade to the previous ones. I didn't bother showing off the quality as a mono microphone won't give you the feel of the stereo audio. As far as dynamat installing goes, I didn't get too crazy with it and did the bare minimum. I also added dynamat to the rear spare tire area and underneath the back seat. I didn't pull up any carpet or remove vapor shields as my car is still under warranty.
