It's windy and raining, it's time for a joyful start to the modular season :) Vocal sample - 1010 Music BitBox Micro in granular mode into Mutable Instruments Warps. Bass line - Mutable Instruments Plaits into MI Beads. Plucky melody - MI Rings sequencing by Arturia Keystep Pro into MI Beads. Fast plucky sfx - MI Braids in ring modulator mode through MI Streams into MI Blades. Second melody line - MI Stages in harmonic oscillator mode sequencing by MI Marbles through Michigan Synth Works uO_C and then through MI Streams into MI Blades. Third Melody Line - 2HP Pluck sequencing by MI Marbles through Michigan Synth Works uO_C and then through MI Streams into Intellijel Rainmaker. The effects processors in the Cosmotronic Cosmix Pro AUX buses are ALM Busy Circuits MFX and 2HP Delay. The whole thing was recorded by RME Fireface UCX and processed by Totalmix (compressor). Master clock and other clocks for Rainmaker, MFX, Beads etc. they come from Pams New and Pro (yes, I have both in this system and they do trivial things here, but I can't imagine life without them). I think Rainmaker did a great job here. Contrary to some opinions, it is a very easy to use and extremely powerful processor. It's capable of creating percussive mayhem in any system fed with virtually any audio signal, it's large and quite expensive, but worth every bit of space and $.
