60 exercises! No repeat! Tabata style timer! Short work period! Short rest! Ready to get sweaty?! All you will need is a lot of energy, your body well warmed up, a bottle of water and towel handy and your mat! The timer will be on for 20 seconds per exercise with 10 seconds rest inbetween!
