Hakka Style Stuffed Tofu recipe : Tofu : 2 - 3 blocks Minced Pork : 1 Cup Shrimp : 1 cup salt: 1/2 teaspoon pepper : 1/2 teaspoon Soy sauce : 1 tablespoon Egg : 2-3 eggs Corn starch : 1/2 cup (if the doesnt hold together , add 1-2 tablespoon corn starch more ) Green onion : 2 stalk
