DMA's TOPPER's TIPS: DOS AND DON'TS FOR THE EXAM DAY OF FMGE 2021 BY DR.M.AADHANARVEE (237/300 IN FMGE JUNE 2019) Your effectiveness in the exam tomorrow depends on how good you are taking care of your physical & mental health. Remember the following tips to be followed to optimize your brain to work effectively to "Crack the FMGE 2021" 1. Control your stress: Use DMA's effective stress-reducing technique → Visualize the Exam Process of the FMGE (Anticipation & mental rehearsal decrease the stress & increase the confidence). 2. Think optimistic: Do not under-rate yourselves by thinking that whatever you studied is not enough TUNE YOUR BARIN CRACK THIS EXAM WITH WHATEVER YOU STUDIED! 3. Eat well-balanced meals (Do not take too much of sugar) 4. Do not have a bulky breakfast/lunch with loads of sugars before going to the exam or during the exam (take a moderate one). 3. Drink enough water 4. Take no medications that could compromise your thinking (alcohol or any stimulants) 4. Get adequate sleep tonight (minimum 7-8 hrs) 5. Keep a checklist to make sure you carry all the required items to the Exam hall. 6. Schedule your transport to reach the exam hall on time (Be aware of the chaos in the transport due to the COVID crisis). 7. DO not discuss the MCQs of FMGE part-1 during the lunch break! 8.
