I recently returned from a trip where I flew for one of the first times since learning I am autistic. This new perspective really helped me understand just how stressful this process can be for people on the spectrum and allowed me to utilize several new tips and tricks for navigating these types of experiences. In this video I’ll walk you through the air travel process in stages while sharing some of my favorite resources along the way.
