In this tutorial, I create my own wall art with leftover flooring that would ordinarily end up in a landfill. I decoupaged the flooring with my blue Greek-style rice paper. I used an old Dollar Tree sign as the backing. In another video, I repaired, upcycled and decoupaged a tea box. I used a smaller version of the same paper.
