Smoked Turkey Wings, Turkey Leg, Ham Hocks, or Shank 1 - 2 tbsp Cajun Seasoning (optional) I used my Level Up A Seasoning (smokinandgrillinwitab.com) 2 - 3 tsp Crushed Red Pepper 2 tsp Onion Powder 2 tsp Garlic Powder 4 cups chicken broth I used Better Than Bouillon with 4 cups of water 2 tbsp Distilled White Vinegar 2 tbsp Granulated Sugar for balance Salt and Pepper for taste Stuffing: 4 cups day old cornbread (or store bought cornbread crumbs) 1/2 bag Pepperidge Farms White Bread Stuffing Mix 2lbs Jimmy Dean Breakfast or Sage Sausage 2 tsps better than bouillon chicken base 1 yellow onion - diced 3-4 stalks of celery - diced 4 cups stock (homemade preferably) 3 eggs 1/2 cup chopped parsley fresh sage (3-4 leaves diced) rosemary and thyme 1 tbsp italian herbs paste 3 cloves minced garlic salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, italian seasoning Mac and Cheese: 1 lb elbow macaroni noodles 1-2 tbsps sweet condensed milk (optional) 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese 4-6 oz smoked gouda 4 oz parmesan cheese 8 oz colby jack 2 cups half and half 1 cup heavy cream 2 tbsps all purpose flour (the more you use, the thicker the consistency will be) 1/2 stick of butter 1 tbsp garlic 2 tbsps sour cream AP Seasoning - Chicken Bouillon Powder, Garlic and Herb Seasoning, Smoked Paprika, White Pepper 1/2 water and 1/2 chicken broth (to boil noodles)
