Here's how I setup our hybrid Toastmasters club meeting in less than 10 minutes. The setup is very low-tech that makes use of available tools. The only specialized device is the speakerphone that is used as both the microphone and speaker. General setup. 1. Laptop connected to TV and running the ZOOM client. The audio is disconnected on the laptop to avoid echo. I connected a dedicated webcam to the laptop facing the audience to give online audience a good view of the physical room. 2.
