Welcome to Day 1 of my Bir Billing Workcation Vlog! In this video, I’m exploring the beautiful town of Bir, Himachal Pradesh, and showing you the best place to stay here – The Bunker Hostel, which is considered one of the best hostels in Bir. After arriving at Bir, the bus will drop you off at the Bir bus stop, and from there, it’s just a 100-meter walk to the nearby shops where you can rent a scooter or bike. If you're in a group, you can even opt for a taxi. I personally rented a scooty for ₹500, which is quite affordable. Don’t forget to carry your license, as it's required for renting any vehicle. The rental shops will also provide you with a helmet, which is mandatory for riding in Bir. After renting the scooty, I headed to a petrol pump, which is around 2-3 km from the main highway depending on where you're heading, so make sure to fill your tank accordingly.
