This video shows the Hurontario Street reconstruction, the collector/express basketweave, and of course heavy traffic. It's the world's busiest highway for a reason... Congestion was due to sheer volume, not construction or a accident. Filmed on a Saturday at noon hour, traffic starts to back up around the city limits of Toronto. Footage sped up 4x so you don't have to see the backup in real time lol. Sorry about the wiper and hood in the frame. I wanted to lower the camera a bit to show more of the road but I guess I aimed it too low lol.
