Soundscaping with Organelle, Digitakt, Digitone and tiny Modular system. Patch notes included.

Had a good time making this live performance for Look mag. It was a request that I gladly accepted. This was made during the "eternal" confinement that we're living here in Portugal. I'm stuck at home for almost 3 months now, and on this rainy day it occurred to me that I would love to go back to school, like when I was a kid. I guess I miss that sense of liberty. Anyway, here is what's going on: Using the Organelle I've sampled a small piano loop into the Digitakt. This loop was copied to two tracks, one is reversed and they phase in and out in relation to each other. The random synth melody notes come from the Digitone. I've used the Novation 61SL MkIII's arpeggiator in random mode and later in the track, I change the rhythmic pattern. Then I grabbed my tiny modular system to give some organic random tunes to the track. This is mostly achieved with a MI Rings (nanoRings) and MI Clouds (Monsoon) sequenced and quantized by Doboz Prizma+. A lot of parameters are being subtly modulated by a slow triangle LFO. To sum it up, I just played with some samples to give the track some interest and a nostalgic vibe. Feel free to drop any questions, comments or whatever. I'll do my best to reply.
