The film alleges that pedophile pirate radio boss Eamon Cooke was involved in the Cairns' 1986 disappearance. Cooke was a former radio DJ and serial pedophile who gained celebrity status in Dublin in the 1970s. He quickly became a household name among the capital’s youth after setting up a pirate pop radio station Radio Dublin from his cramped living room in Inchicore. He always surrounded himself with children and is believed to have abused hundreds of children before he was jailed. Since Cooke's death in 2016, he has been linked with the case of Philip Cairns and the film explains why. Cairns disappearance sparked off one of the biggest manhunts in the history of Ireland at the time, and remains one of the highest profile missing persons cases in the country. Philip Cairns was last seen on Ballyroan Road in Rathfarnham on Thursday, October 23rd, 1986. Despite extensive searches in the aftermath of his disappearance, no trace of him was found.
