David Morin here from Blue Star Nutraceuticals and today, I’m taking you through an intense fat torching ab workout that will have your abs popping like never before, just in time for the pool parties and beach days of Summer to come! Ready to see those abs pop in a whole new way? This is Six Pack For Summer: Super Fast Fat Burning For Men - Let’s get to it! Workout: For this workout, you’ll perform 6 exercises in circuit fashion. Perform each exercise for 30 seconds then take up to 30 seconds to rest and prepare for the next exercise. After you finish all 6 exercises, that is the end of round 1. Take 2 minutes to catch your breath then repeat 3 more times for total of 4 rounds. You should complete the entire workout in under 25 minutes - if it’s taking you longer than that, pick up the pace! As always the workout is listed for you in the description below. Now hit your timer and let’s get to it! Exercise #1: Plank Jacks Set up in a plank position on your forearms - body straight like a board. Brace your core and quickly hop your feet out into a wide stance as far as you can, then hop back in, feet together. Hopping your feet all the way out, then back in is one repetition. Repeat hopping your feet in and out until the time is up. Exercise #2: Lying Leg Raise Figure-8s Keep your feet about 6 inches off the ground, your legs as straight as possible and move your feet in a figure 8 motion. This will really target your lower abs and fire up your obliques. Keep your feet up and moving the entire time. Exercise #3: Oblique V-Ups Now it’s time to get the obliques involved. Lie on your right side keeping your right arm out straight for balance. Put your left hand at your temple, then crunch up raising your legs up at the same time crunching your obliques. You should form a V shape at the top, then lower under control and repeat. If you can’t perform this with your legs extended out straight, you can perform this with your legs tucked, raising your knees as you crunch up. Perform 15 seconds on your right side, then switch to your left for the final 15 seconds. Exercise #4: Star Crunches Sit back with your arms and legs extended out so your body forms a star shape. Keep your arms and legs about 6 inches off the ground. Crunch up tucking your knees towards your chest, then control back out into a star position, keeping your core braced the entire time. Repeat until time runs out. Exercise #5: Pulse Ups Lie flat on your back, perform a traditional leg raise, then when your legs reach the top, kick your hips up into the air and extend your legs up higher then lower back down under control. Keep your feet a few inches off the ground and your core activated the entire time. This will really work those lower abs! Exercise #6: Russian Bicycles We’ll finish it off with something I call Russian Bicycles. Essentially you’re going to combine the movements of a russian twist with a bicycle crunch to fully fatigue every part of your abdominals and obliques. Set up for a russian twist, feet off the ground. Then perform a bicycle leg raise, bringing your right knee up as you keep your left leg extended straight. As you raise your right knee, twist and touch the ground on your right side to crunch your obliques, then alternate to your left side. Repeat, alternating side to side until the time is up! And that’s a wrap!
