Parliament में हुई इन बहसों ने हंगामा खड़ा कर दिया था | Nehru Lohia Indira | Tarikh E557

#History #OldParliament #NewPrliament Tarikh Episode 557 Tarikh is a daily program in which we present you with incidents and stories of noteworthy persons of History in Hindi. In this edition Tarikh Nikhil talks about the intersting stories of indian parliament. These stories from Parliament related to many leaders including Ram Manohar Lohia, Jawaharlal Nehru, Feroze and Indira Gandhi, Piloo Mody. Once, Lohia told the House that Nehru wasn’t an aristocrat as he was portrayed. “I can prove that the prime minister’s grandfather was a chaprasi in the Mughal court,” Lohia said. To which, Nehru smiled and replied: “I am glad the honourable member has, at last, accepted what I have been trying to tell him for so many years: That I am a man of the people.” In a parliamentary debate on the war with China in 1962, Nehru told Parliament that Aksai Chin, which the Chinese had occupied, was an area where “not a blade of grass grows.” Thereupon, Mahavir Tyagi, a senior Congress MP, pointed to his own bald pate and exclaimed: “Not a hair grows on my head. Does it mean it should be cut off and given to China, too?” there is a incident When Lohia was pleading for Stalin’s daughter Svetlana to be given asylum in India on the grounds of her marriage with an Indian, the charming lady member Tarkeshwari Sinha interjected to mock the bachelor Lohia as to how he could talk about conjugal sentiments when he didn’t have any experience of it. Lohia hit back: "Tarkeshwari, when did you give me any chance." Now that the old Parliament has been abandoned, we thought why not on this occasion remember some such stories of our old Parliament. In today's episode, we are presenting some unheard or little-heard stories of the old Parliament. खबरों को विस्तार से पढ़ने के लिए क्लिक करे यहां- https://www.thelallantop.com/ LT Premium जॉइन करने के लिए नीचे दिए लिंक पर क्लिक करें:    / @thelallantop   Instagram:   / thelallantop   Facebook:   / thelallantop   Twitter:   / thelallantop   Produced By: The Lallantop Edited By: Alok Sahu
