Hi guys, welcome to the channel. I’m Eliza the vegan and today I’m going to be talking about Vegan alternatives to animal products available in the UK. This video is mainly to try and help people who are new to veganism or people who are interested in becoming plant-based for ethical or environmental reasons but don’t want to give up the taste of animal products. I have tried to come up with a selection of products that taste very similar to the actual animal products so before I start, I just want to point out that they may not be the most healthful. I’m hoping to make a few of these videos to help show people they can still have all of their favorite foods as a vegan and they don’t have to miss out on the flavor.
