Hello everyone hope you all are doing well. In today's video we are at Pakenham visiting the old Pakenham station hours before its closure and demolition as part of the Pakenham level crossing removal project which is the removal of 3 level crossings in Pakenham and construction of a brand new elevated Pakenham station and the extension Pakenham line to East Pakenham which is a brand new station will been built call East Pakenham station which will feature Island platform for 2 tracks which will be where trains terminate instead of Pakenham and 2 bypass tracks on either side for Vline trains and empty HCMT train movements to/from Pakenham East train depot The brand new East Pakenham and Pakenham stations open on Monday 3rd of June.
