Behaviour management is tricky when you are a new teacher. You have a brand new class of children who have different personalities and learning styles. For an NQT in particular, it might take a long time before you have clear behaviour management strategies in place for your class. We have tried many different methods for challenging or difficult behaviour in the past, and in this video we share with teachers our experiences and top tips that we have gathered. Consider sharing this with any primary school NQTs who are starting their teaching journey this year.
