Yep, we’ve officially owned the 1.6, 2.0, and 3.0 washer. Our 3.0 model came with a broken piece from the drum of the machine. It still worked but we didn’t know if we were getting the full potential of the machine or if it will cause issues in the future. We were offered a replacement but with the product being out of stock, we saw no progress of it getting shipped out. We ended up canceling and sizing down to the 2.0 for size and cost. The 3.0 was great for large wash loads. I did have to try and work out the load sizes because the machine was whipping it with so much force behind it that it would bump the inside a lot. No damage to the machine there are pins inside that it bumps against. With the 2.0 model, we’re working to adjust our loads to work with the slightly smaller model. I’m happy with it so far and the kids love that they can see inside the machine again. I will try to post a wash & dry video eventually. We’re a family of 5 living in a single story home.
