VEG CHEESE PARATHA RECIPE: वेजिटेबल चीज पराठा बनाने की विधि Please Subscribe For More Videos :   / @gahukarskitchen   Facebook:   / gahukarskitchen   INGREDIENTS: 2 Cups Wheat Flour 1 Cup Finely Chopped Cabbage 1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Carrot 1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Capsicum 1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Coriander 1 Finely Chopped (Medium size) Onion 1 Cup Grated Mozzarella Cheese 2-3 Finely Chopped Green Chilies 1 Tsp Grated Ginger 1/2 Tsp Cumin Powder 1 Tsp Coriander powder 1 Tsp Chaat Masala 1 Tsp Sugar (Optional) Salt To Taste Oil OR Butter As Required Water As Required METHOD: FOR THE DOUGH: 1.Add 1 Tbsp oil and salt to taste in wheat flour. Mix it well 2.Knead it well into a soft dough by adding water as required 3.Once the dough is ready,cover it and keep aside for 15-20 minutes FOR THE STUFFING: 1.Turn on flame 2.Add 1 Tbsp oil in a frying pan and heat it 3.Add grated ginger,chopped green chilies and onion Saute till the onions become pink and soft on medium flame 4.Add all chopped vegetables and saute for 2 minutes on medium flame 5.Add cumin powder,coriander powder,chat masala,sugar and salt to taste.Cook it for a minute 6.Stuffing is ready Transfer in a bowl and keep it aside for cooling completely FOR PARATHA: 1.Knead the dough well once again Make 5-6 balls from the dough 2.Turn on flame Place the tawa and medium heat it for parathas 3.Add mozzarella cheese in the stuffing Mix everything well and keep aside 4.Take 1 ball and dust with wheat flour Roll it into 3-4 inches diameter rounds 5.Place the cheese stuffing in the center Seal the edges and take out extra dough 6.Roll out with rolling spin gently make sure that the stuffing shoud not come out 7.Place the rolled paratha on medium hot tawa Cook it from both sides on medium sides 8.Make and roll second paratha in the same way 9.Add and spread oil all over and cook both sides for 1-2 minute again on low flame 10.Veg Cheese Paratha is ready. Transfer in a plate 11.Make rest of the parathas in the same method 12 Cut the PARATHAS.Serve in the serving plate 13.Serve HOT Veg Cheese Paratha with tomato sauce,pickle and curd
