In a pot heat oil and add onion. Cook until translucent. Add cumin seeds and sizzle for a few seconds. Add garlic and cook again for a few seconds. 2. Add yogurt and cook for 1-2 mins. Now add turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder and mix it well. 3. Add beef mince and cook for 5 mins. Now add water and cover and cook for 30 mins over medium low flame. 4. Add garam masala and cook for 3-4 mins. 5. Now add green chilies and cook for another 2-3 mins or until mince is fully done. 6. Now dish it out, garnish it with green chilies, ginger and your Hari Mirch Keema is ready. Prep time: 10 mins Cooking time: 45-50 mins Servings: 5-6
