currently the BEST clutch for vespa. super light: only 1280gr = 1273gr cosa 2 original vespa clutch. standard linings = +195gr, they are way heavier as honda linings, but still too weak ;) the tolerance of the lining flaps within the basket (2:47) seems to be quite on the safe side, could be a bit less, the toothing of the 3 upper steel plates does also clearlly have potential, it is unfortunately an exact copy of the old original piaggio cosa2 clutch, perhaps there will be some adjustments in the next versoin. which oil for Honda cr80/100 clutch linings: honda recommends: normal stress = GN4 Mineral higher stress = HP4 semisynth. these are Honda standards, compiled to the common Standard ist 10W30-10W40 Minimum JASO MA / API SG, so in the end its every normal motorbike 10W40 JASO MA2 semisynthfor higher stress (as the clutch sits on the crank and is stressed with full revs) ie the honda VFR 1200F with 173hp only needs GN4 acc to Honda Manual ;) i use the same in my triumph, so it also should work in our small vespa scooters shouldnt it.... _________________________________________________________________ DISCLAIMER: the information shown in this video, is about THIS specific hardware. it is my personal observation documented with this video.
