AEK64 build log continues with installing the ALPS stabilisers. ALPS stabilisers can be a bit fidly to install, and this time was no exception. I didn't want really rattly stabilisers, so I tried a few things. I ended up with something that I'm pretty happy with. The switches feel good. Not amazing, but good. Lube should improvve things, as will a bit more attention to the stabilisers. I'm glad to have finally got this keyboard finished. I mentioned the group buy for ALPS to MX sliders, and I really hope anyone remotely interested picks up some of these.
