In March of 2017, while a sophomore in college, I set out to make mashup reduxes of Africa by Toto, featuring two pairs of vocalists/instrumentalists and using their best live performance footage from different times/shows. The pairs were David Paich and Joseph Williams, and Bobby Kimball and Greg Phillinganes. I made live mashups of their performances of Africa, and ended up with three videos. One of the first pair, another of the second, and the third turned into this video here, a combination of the two initial videos. Since my channel was deleted in 2019 I lost the source videos and Sony Vegas files for these projects, but I was able to download a bootleg copy of this video from another site and can finally reupload one of my finest projects ever.
