Very busy weekend with some crazy VIP helicopters action at the helipad, with a lot of different models and some fast and powerful takeoffs! Starting with the Bell 206, this iconic helicopter is powered by the Allison 250-C20J turbine engine, delivering a maximum takeoff weight of 1,451 kg (3,200 lbs). The Bell 206 reaches a top speed of 120 knots (222 km/h) and offers a range of approximately 374 nautical miles (693 km). Known for its dependability and ease of operation, the Bell 206 is widely used in roles ranging from aerial surveys to training and corporate transport. Next is the Airbus AS365 Dauphin, a twin-engine workhorse designed for high-performance missions. Powered by two Safran Arriel 2C turboshaft engines, it offers a maximum takeoff weight of 4,300 kg (9,480 lbs). The Dauphin achieves a top speed of 165 knots (306 km/h) and a range of 412 nautical miles (763 km).
