Few years ago I grew a few in my garden and surprisingly, my kids love them. Fresh cauliflower is so much more delicious, crispy texture with nice sweetness and pleasant fragrance. It immediately is on my top list for must-grown vegetables every year. Cauliflower likes mild and cool weather, the best growing temperature is between 60~72F. Early maturing varieties take about 60 days from sowing to harvesting and likes warmer weather, tolerable temperature up to 82F; late maturing varieties take more than 80 days and like cooler weather, grow fine at temperature lower than 50F.
