Place cucumber between 2 chopsticks or 2 skewers. Cut diagonally (///), turn cucumber over and cut horizontally (|||). Salt generously. Let sit for 15-20 mins while you make the sauce and cut onions. Chop onions (if you don’t have green onions you can substitute with yellow onions) Make sauce by adding all other ingredients🥣 Rinse cucumbers well with cold water and pat dry. Gently mix cucumbers, onions and sauce!
