‪@DAPUR2020‬ Rojak Pasembur Famous street food in Malaysia Ingredients Prawn Fritters: Mix altogether: Small Prawns, deveined but leave shells on and coat with cornstarch 2 cups Rice Flour 1/2 cup Plain Flour 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder 1 tsp Salt 2 tsp Sugar 1 tbsp Butter 1 tbsp Dried Shrimps (presoaked and chopped) 1 small Carrot, shredded 1 Red Chilli, sliced A handful of Chives A handful Taugeh (bean sprouts) 1 Onion, sliced 1 Egg Water Other ingredients To fry: 2 firm tofus To julienne: 1 cucumber 1 small turnip To boil: 2 eggs. Make hard-boiled eggs Peanut Sauce: 100g to 150g Peanuts, fried and blended with 200ml water to coarse fine texture Blend together: 3 cloves Garlic, 6 shallots, 1 inch Old ginger, 1 tomato, 1 onion to a paste. A handful chopped dried shrimps, presoaked 2 to 3 tbsp Chilli paste 2 to 3 tbsp Tomato Ketchup 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce 2 stalks Lemongrass, white parts bruised 1 tbsp turmeric powder 1 tbsp coriander powder Sliced onion, 1 onion 2 to 3 tbsp Palm sugar 1 to 2 tbsp tamarind juice 2 potatoes, boiled and blend with water Water Salt to taste Welcome to Like, Share & Subscribe.
