Surmai Ankhiyon wali Macchi: Recipe in Description #shorts #youtubeshorts #fishcurry #fishfry #fishcurryrecipe #surmaifishcurry #surmai #curryfish #amitgasm Surmai Ankhiyo wali Macchi: Ingredients & Recipe Below:- - Marinate 1 kg fish of your choice with 3/4th tsp each of salt, Kashmiri red chilli powder and turmeric. Keep it aside covered for 5 minutes. Shallow fry the marinated fish pieces in mustard oil on medium flame for 2.5 minutes each side and keep aside (adjust the timings as per the size of your pieces/fish.) - Heat 7 tbsp of the same oil in which you fried the fish in a Kadhai and add in 1 tsp cumin seeds, 3/4th tsp Nigella Seeds and 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste. Fry on high for 30 seconds then add in 5-6 finely chopped onions. Fry the onions on high for 7 minutes until golden brown. - Prepare a paste by blending together 2.5 Tbsp soaked poppy-seeds, 1 tsp each of mustard seeds, black peppercorns, half tsp fenugreek seeds, half tbsp salt, 2-3 strings of curry leaves, 5-6 soaked Kashmiri Chillies, 2-3 tomatoes, 1 turmeric stick or half tsp powdered turmeric and 4-5 green chillies adding a bit of water. - Add this paste in the Kadhai followed by half tbsp salt, 3/4th Tbsp each of red chilli powder, roasted crushed kasoori methi and half tbsp roasted cumin powder. Fry on high for 4 minutes then on medium for 3 minutes. Now add in 2.5 cups of water giving it a good mix and close the lid turning flame to low for 6 minutes checking in between. - Now add in the fried fish pieces mixing gently and close the lid on low flame for 5-6 minutes. Lastly garnish with chopped coriander leaves and add in 1 lemon juice.
