For the curry masala powder, take garam masala powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, pepper powder in a bowl and mix everything. Keep this aside. 2. Take sesame oil in a wide kadai. Add chopped garlic cloves, ginger, green chillies, spring onion whites and saute for 30 seconds. 3. Then add chopped carrot, green capsicum, yellow capsicum, red capsicum and shredded cabbage. Sitr fry on a high flame. 4. Add spring onion greens and mix well. 5. Add 2 spoons of curry masala powder and mix. This can be adjusted to taste. 6. Next add soya sauce, red chilli sauce and salt. Mix well. 7. Then add the refrigerated cooked basmati rice and mix gently. 8. Check for seasoning and add salt if required. 9. Finally add chopped spring onion greens and coriander leaves. Mix it all well. 10. Singapore Fried Rice is ready to be served hot and nice. Singapore Fried Rice is another version of fried rice recipe which has an influence of Indian, Chinese and Malay cuisines. This is usually made with different kinds of meats/sea food. But in this video, you can watch a completely vegetarian version of the same recipe. I have used a very few vegetables, but you can also add mushrooms, zucchini, broccoli etc if you like to the same recipe. Since this rice is already rich in flavors due to the ingredients used, there's no need for any side dish. But if you want to enjoy a side with it, you can prefer Indo-Chinese style starters. This makes a great lunchbox recipe too.
