Eric Serra - Le Grand Bleu (aka "The Big Blue") - Ouverture/Overture [Extended by Gilles Nuytens] This is an extended version of the main title ("Overture") of the French movie « Le Grand Bleu (aka "The Big Blue") » (1988) by Eric Serra. This is the original music, extended by myself from the original soundtrack. For some weird reasons, they changed the music for the American market. This is beyond understanding knowing the fact that this score has won many awards and even a César for best film music... It was then rescored by Bill Conti (which is a great composer too but that's not the point) for the US market. For me, this "rescoring" thing makes no sense.
