In this episode, we cook a typical Spanish PAELLA version at home using ingredients that was available the day we shoot the video. INGREDIENTS 1.5 cups rice (preferrably the Spanish paella rice known as 'BOMBA') 1 kg. mix of seafoods (shrimp, fish, mussels. clams, squid, etc) 3-4 cloves of garlic 1 large onions 1 medium sweet bell pepper 1 medium carrot 5-7 pcs. green beans 1 cup green peas 1 liter paella or fish stock 1 pack of paella powder mix salt to taste widges of lemon as garnish Watch and cook along with our Seafoods PAELLA recipe video. ¡Vamos a cocinar!
