The method used here is relaxation, as you relax further and further, mind and body, at a certain point you will feel your astral body being pulled out of your body. Try to not react and stay relaxed as it happens. It will happen on it's own nothing can happen to you. Use this recording in the following way. Put an alarm in the morning 2 hours before you plan to wake up. Then play this recording on low volume and head back to sleep. My voice will come in and gently guide you towards Astral Projection and later towards contemplating "who am I?".
